When 4 years of studying come to an end, it's a strange feeling of excitement (a new part of your life is starting) but also sorrow, because a very fun part of your life is over. So when graduating at CIBAP, we were given a photography assignment about the past years at the academy. I wanted to give it sort of a nostlagic, diary like feeling. Some of the photo's are very personal, insides jokes with friends, others are more recognisable, like running to catch a train. The book is bound with a wire-o with a (fake) leather cover.

The title of the book is Omdat. Meaning "Because". Every page in the book tells his own story, always starting with Because. An example is "Because.... there is never enough chocolate milk".
